Comments (English):
The place is great with friendly help, and the beds have air mattresses, which I thought were comfortable and actually felt rather sanitary compared to a mattress. It was a nice price and in a good location, and I'd recommend it. It's a tricky coming in, you have to walk through the kitchen and down some stairs to find the front desk, just explore. Only problem I had was that the guy at the desk told me to park across the street, he even walked outside and read the sign with me and everything, and I got a forty dollar ticket. So parking is a problem, be careful. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Comments (English):
The location of this hostel is good, near the Jean Talon market and a reasonable metro ride away from other areas of interest. A major concern here is the security in the hostel. The window to our room (on main level facing busy street) didn't shut properly, was propped up with a candle! No locks on the doors to the rooms and the front door of the hostel always seemed to be unlocked. There is only 1 shower for all of the guests, only 3 toilets in the house and no sink to even wash your hands in one case. Though my visit wasn't particularly bad (kitchen is a nice gathering spot) I can't recommend it due to security/bathroom issues.
