We picked up our stay at the hotel by recommendation from our friends.Seeing is believing!!! that is true 100%, hotel's location is very good,not having a long time in our this trip, so we just stayed 04nights then joined all the Halong bay and Sapa trip with the hotel as Peter(hotel manager)introduced and arranged all for us.rooms were so clean and beautiful.Hotel staff always keep asking for free drinks each time we come back.really enjoy and do surely stay here again.

we would prefer to recommend the hotel to all people who coming to Hanoi because this is one of the best hotel which I have ever stayed before,this was actually not a big hotel but it is really excellent of service,location,breakfast and were incredibly satisfied with the hotel.

I felt really safe when staying here.Hotel's location is the best,breakfast is very good. My room was so nice and clean especially I was looked after very well by hotel's staff who were absolutely wonderful.I will never forget the time I spent at this hotel which made me feel like at home. Would definitely recommended.

We had a nice stay in the Hanoi Golden Plaza in the middle of January 2009 . We were a family with 2 adults and 2 kids - one 12 years old and the other six years old.Previously we booked a family room with one double and one single bed because I thought that my younger kid could share bed with me and my husband but when we got our room we was pretty supprised we had 03 beds and was told that we would not have to pay for the extra bed it so happy then as it was much comfortable for our family This place is brilliant for kids because of its warming atmosphere and its location. Our room was clean sufficiently big and enough all amenities we need.Breakfast was included and it was great especial fresh fruits We know that area well and there are lots of good local restaurants. We decided to go a day Halong Bay on our last day in Hanoi as recommended by some guests staying here at the same time was unforgettable. Overall We can't fault the hotel in any way.

In the midst of all this crazy here in Hanoi, lies a little hotel that goes by the name of Hanoi Golden Plaza Hotel. It is a great hotel with great value for your money. The staff are so friendly and make you feel right at home.
If you are looking for a reasonable price and a great stay - go to the Hanoi Golden Plaza Hotel.

I really would like to recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be close to the action of Hanoi Old Quarter. It is actually just off the street so not noisy. The rooms are extremely nice, and the bathrooms very clean.I wish I could stay here longer instead of going home.I will be back soon with my friends.Thanks all hotels' staffs.,

This hotel has amazing service and the staff are so welcoming. I had the best time staying here becasue the staff really made me really feel at home. It was my first time travelling to Hanoi, Vietnam with my mother. I had been corresponding with Peter Hake, the hotel manager almost 2 months prior to my arrival, making enquiries and requests for our stay in Hanoi. Peter had taken care of every aspect of our stay in Hanoi and it was an enjoyable trip for us. They were arrangements from the airport pick-up, room location and day trips suggestions and booking. Since our return flight was at 7.00pm, we were allowed to extend our check-out time. The hotel is easily located since the land mark is the St. Joseph's Cathedral, lots of shops nearby and food were easy to obtain. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean with attached bathroom with warm water and most importantly, quiet. Excellent service provided by Peter and the team namely Hang, Huy and Du! Peter and his team gave us personalized service and treated us like family. They made time to chat with us. Hanoi Golden Plaza Hotel is indeed a home away from home for us. We strongly recommend travellers to make this hotel their home while in Hanoi. Great location at a very affordable price served by a fantastic bunch of lovely people! We will certainly choose this hotel again during our next visit to Hanoi.
