From EITHER Venice bus terminal Piazzale Roma OR Venice train station Santa Lucia please walk straight to the main street Lista di Spagna, continue straight for about 5 minutes, cross the bridge Ponte delle Guglie and continue straight, cross another little bridge and continue straight. Turn right at the second street under an arcade and continue straight to door number 2076 which is on your right.
