| Comments (English): The hotel had a good location in Ha Noi, near to the centre of the action and near to plenty of good restaurants and bars but without being to touristy. We paid $30 per night for a double room and stayed three nights. and everything is clean and well presented. Our room was surprisingly large and well lit with windows on two sides (the building was as wide as the room). We were on the fourth floor with a balcony, satellite TV, double and single bed and ensuite bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom all clean and in good working order. We had no problems while staying there. The hotel offered internet access on two PCs in the lobby, a laundry service, a travel and tour booking desk (which we used and it was fine) and an elevator so compensate for the high rooms. The hotel is on the pick up route for tours and buses so we had no trouble getting out onto tours or leaving North of Viet Nam. The service was quite good and the staff really friendly taking an interest in what you’d been up to, although the main woman on the desk was a little scary. Our room was cleaned every day and breakfast was included. It wasn’t great and we went elsewhere a couple of times but it filled a hole if you want to get your money’s worth. I’d recommend this as a budget place to stay or if a stopover place is needed for up to a few days. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
