Comments (English):
This is a great hotel in a great location. The staff were incredibly courteous and couldn't have been more helpful. Architect of hotel is Elegant but basic modern, The breakfast include the room rate with many selections, you can update every information about tourism at the front desk with reception. i will introduce for my friend if they want to Hanoi.

This is a great hotel! I stayed here for one night on my way back from Thailand. The location is excellent as it is within easy walking distance to many shops, places to eat.
The rooms were large with full amenities, and I thought the bathroom was great - a nice big shower with great pressure! The bed was comfortable as well. I was on the 6th floor in a standard room but still had a decent view of things. the staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their face. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for 2 nights at the Regent with our two small kids. We had one of the Family room which was a perfect size for our family. The room was clean and the bathrooms were also a good size although there is no separate shower. The staff was exceptional- polite, patient, and great with the kids. As for location, the hotel is close to Dong Xuan Market and shopping area and literally next door to a nice upscale mall good eating options. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable and were located both at the front or back of the hotel. No noise issues from the busy street in front of hotel. The hotel in is a great location and central to many sights or a short taxi ride away. The hotel street has good restaurants literally meters away.
If I visit Hanoi again I would have no hesitation staying at the hotel due to the friendly and professional services received during our holiday in Vietnam.

The free breakfast was amazing! The variety and quantity was excellent! The front desk staff were very friendly and quick! Hotel was in a great location, friendly staff and the breakfast was yummy. Free internet use was an added bonus." The rooms were good for the price we paid and the location was in the heart of the city! Excellent!

Stayed in hanoi Queen Hotel (free pickup as promised,appreciated, takes the hassle out of arrival) Hotel located in the Old Quarter.Rooms comfortable and clean, David/Rose ad theor staff friendly ad efficient (can organise the tours to Ha Long and Sapa and arrange transport further afield)
Only reservation I have is that the staircase is narrow (no lift) so not suitable for disabled persons or the elderly.Would consider staying here again on return visit as close to eveything required

I spent the weekend at the Queen 2 hotel. It was very Central, close to the lake. You get a lot of noise at night. The staff were helpful, and pleasant.

THis place is terrible! there was a huge cockroach and we had to get the staff to kill it for us. The hotel overcharge us on all the tours and even the air tickets we booked with them. When confronted, they shouted at us. horrible horrible people. the good reviews are fake i tink. BEWARE people! the hanoi queen has a lot of lousy reviews and they registered a new hotel called New Co Co on asia rooms to cheat other people! in fact i am writing tis as i stay waitin in the hotel. the owner DaViD NeVEr delivers what he promised. he delivers just half of it. they totally spoil my entire trip... i am really glad to be leaving hanoi later. so everyone beware! do not stay here. even if u do, do not book tours or air tickets or train tickets with them. they are a bunch of cheats! There are plenty of other travel agencies just outside so u do not have to depend on them. Photos are fake by the way
