So we had to move to an apartment outside the old town of Split. It was an old and ugly apartment. In addition the bed was only 190 cm and therefor to small for me.
So I didn't sleep well at all and we were not situated in the old beautifull center of Split..

The guesthouse is very centrally located, although is not atmospheric. The room I stayed is was quite simple and is OK is you are spending all your time outdoors.
All things considered, it is a decent option for those who are looking at a central place without spending a fortune.
