Comments (English): Positives: Nice trails, beautiful area. A number of activities are available for couples or the entire family. Potential to amount to a nice getaway.
Negatives: Buyer beware. My family and I were expecting a nice weekend family getaway, but due to a quite negative interaction with the lodge owners, the trip unfortunately ended in a net negative experience. We voiced a couple of legitimate complaints (calmly and professionally) related to lodging/services to the owners, and were immediately met by an argumentative and derogatory attitude, where they attempted to diminish and dismiss our complaints (e.g. by stating no one else had complained, prior residents of our particular room had no issues, etc., all in an accusatory manner). Customer service is apparently not a priority here, given their apparent inclination to argue with guests over even minor items; we had a great time and intended to book later reservations, but will definitely not be returning after this experience.
