the hospitality at the hotel is just outstanding. new bondeni hotel really defines hospitality.....they made our holiday one to remember. we will see you guys next year

This a rather new hotel. However, I experienced the following: (1) no bottle water for sale in the hotel; (2) desk clerks had trouble doing basic math. to make currency conversions and change; (3) wake up call request ignored.
