Our room was quite good for the price, but what really stands out here is the staff. Booking our trips from the pacific hotel was a breeze. They are very attentive to all the details, and we felt like we could trust them.

This trip was the first time for me to come to Hanoi. I really does not know how they going, does not know is a good placec or not., but when I first stepped in to the Pacific Hotel. I could get to know Hanoi is a good place, because the staff is very Kind, good, really friendly. I feel like home, may be better than my own home. If I have a chance to come back to Hanoi in the future. I will come back to this hotel.

A great place : Clean and comfortable rooms against reasonable prices. The pacific hotel is located on a busy street with lots of traffic, but hey, this is the centre of Hanoi, so it's something you could expect. A short walk to the Hoankiem lake and good restaurants in the near area. Christiaan Obbink

Les repas ont ete excellents la chambre toujours bien propre, l' eau de la douche impeccable, le prix des chambres tres abordables Cet hotel est situe tres pres du lac HOAN KHIEM.

If you're looking for a budget hotel in the heart of Hanoi city, this is the ideal hotel. I actually moved from Army Hotel, which apparently had very good reviews, but for the price of $40/night and unfriendly staff I moved to Pacific Hotel where not only did I save money but I was very happy with the service the staff offered. I had left my mobile charger and the front desk staff lent me one - something you would have to pay for even at a Sheraton Resort! Breakfast is inclusive and is reasonable but don't expect an English continental breakfast. This is North Vietnam and they are more traditional than the South. Lunch and Dinner is also provided but is not inclusive in the rate however, the food is good. I stayed in a deluxe twin sharing room which was very clean. TV, A/C and a room safe are provided. If you are facing the main road, there is a lot of traffic noise but you eventually overcome this. Overall I rate this hotel very good and would definitely stay there again.
