I highly recomend this apartment to you!
The rent is relatively cheap. Its near the metro station, where you can easily reach city centre. The apartament is located in a very silent place. Rooms are clean and very nice :) Valmarin is friendly and provides quite nice breakfast.

Comments (English):
Room alrite, clean, good condition. BUT one month before stay the price was increased more than 20 EURO per day. And I stayed for 5 days. So after long emaliing with your reservation manager and Mrs. Valmatir we agreed for 10 EUR increase (what else we should do when our ticket were already booked). This wasnt fair behavior. And your site offered me compensation for next booking.

It's a beatiful bed and breakfast, we think, but the only problem is, that the name 'valmarin valerio' isn't correct, it's called 'for you' and the adress on te website isn't correct either, but when you send an e-mail to the bed and breakfast they tell you the correct adress.
The bed and breakfast has 4 beautiful rooms, each with his own color. The bathroom is big enough and it's very clean. The people are very friendly and the bed and breakfast is almost in the centre of ancient Rome, everything is very close by, you can walk to every place you want.
Termini station is also 10 minutes walking from the b&b, so it's easy to take the train or the underground!
The restaurants nearby the b&b are very expensive, that's something you don't have in France, Belgium,... You always have expensive restaurants, but if you look hard you will find a cheaper one, but in Rome it's not like that.
Although we have found a cheap restaurant, nearby the b&b, but that's something you'll have to find out yourself, because I don't know the street's name anymore...

Valerio's place is sweet apartment with three rooms with beautiful atmosphere and vivid colours. Very clean, and nice. But most of all, there is Valerio and his cousin always there to help with a smile. And most of all - masive respect for panetone di mama with mocca coffee in the morning. I can't imagine more homy place
