I recommend the place, it's well located, clean. Rooms have AC. It's an old building with old school style furniture but that fits well with the old town spirit.

Ana met us at the bus station which was totally unexpected. We were welcomed in the most freindly and helpful manner. The twin room was clean and simple with good storage and was perfect for our needs. The hostel is very centrally located in Dubrovnik's Old Town. I would thoroughly recommend Hostel and Rooms Ana to anyone travelling to Dubrovnik looking for freindly service and good value for money.

We stayed at Ana's Rooms and Apartments for two days and thought it was great, spacious and clean-only 5 meters from main street. I would recommend it to anyone I know.
It really made our stay in Dubrovnik unforgettable.

The location of the apartment is great - right in the old town - and is on the top floor. Ana herself is very friendly and helpful - showed us where to go for value for money meals and boat trips and also arranged for her brother to taxi us to the airport.
